Non-litigation services
Clients are charges hourly rates, ranging from 370 to 500 euros (exclusive of VAT), depending on the case and the attorney assigned.

Info: A first consultation lasts about 1 hour, 2 hours for the re-reading and reviewing of a contract. A flat fee of approximately 2,500 euros (exclusive of VAT*) is applied to the incorporation of a business, 1,500 euros (exclusive of VAT*) for the drafting of a writer’s or director’s contract.

Litigation services

Proceedings in a French court of law: A flat fee arrangement ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 euros (exclusive of VAT*) depending on the complexity of the case.

Emergency interim proceedings: a flat fee arrangement ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 euros (exclusive of VAT*) depending on the complexity of the case.

* Residents of the European Union will be charged French VAT (19.60%)
